Terms of Use
The ground rules for using Fieldwork Hours.

These terms govern your use of Fieldwork Hours, operated by ABA Mastery (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at hello@abamastery.app if you think someone accessed your account without permission. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of what you enter.
3. Your records
Your fieldwork records belong to you. You give us permission to store, process, and display them only as needed to provide the service to you. You can export them as CSV, Excel, or JSON at no cost and delete them at any time. Please keep your own copies; we can’t guarantee the service will always be available.
4. No client information
Use Fieldwork Hours only for your own fieldwork records. Don’t enter client names, protected health information, or other client-identifying details, and don’t upload client records. Fieldwork Hours is not HIPAA-compliant and is not a substitute for your organization’s approved record system.
5. Not affiliated with the BACB
Fieldwork Hours is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Summaries and requirement indicators are based on what you enter. They don’t determine whether an activity qualifies or whether you’re eligible to apply. Confirm requirements and forms with the BACB and your supervisor.
6. Free service and planned features
Fieldwork Hours is free to use. Fieldwork Plus features and prices shown on this site are planned and not yet available, and we don’t take payments today. If we launch paid features, we’ll publish their terms first, and exporting your own records will stay free.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious files, or use it to store information you aren’t permitted to keep. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or put other users or the service at risk.
8. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. If we close your account or discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice where we can so you can export your records.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost records, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $50.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawai‘i, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawai‘i.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We’ll update the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
